Design of a Temp-controlled Enclosure
One of our enjoyable and challenging projects involved developing a device that operates effectively at temperatures as low as -20°C. We completed the necessary calculations and CFD analysis. We then developed a small, vacuum-sealed enclosure. We also created a larger stainless steel sheet metal box to contain other components. We managed to keep the enclosure sealed, vacuumed, and temperature-controlled.

We restored a 1970s BMW car engine, including components like pistons, gaskets, and an exhaust manifold. The piston remodeling was particularly challenging, requiring intricate attention to detail. Despite the complexity, we successfully restored the engine to its original condition, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Development of a Sheet Metal Pet Feeding Device
We transformed a plastic pet-feeding device into a durable sheet metal product. All parts were converted to sheet metal, enhancing durability. We exported DFX files for production and created an assembly manual, ensuring manufacturing accuracy and efficiency. Our focus on innovation and improvement resulted in a high-quality product that met our clients’ needs.

Design an enclosure with two parts: the upper part should include vents for displaying the coils and cooling. A small button needed to be added.

We developed innovative low-voltage electric panel designs that cut manufacturing time and costs while boosting efficiency and performance. We provided DFX files for sheet metal components. We created clear shop drawings and assembly manuals. This ensured easy and accurate assembly. Our focus on innovation, efficiency, and accuracy enabled us to deliver high-quality products that met our clients’ needs.
